Due to the handmade nature of Gainey Saddle Co. products, we follow strict returns, exchanges, and refund policies.

All craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are available at a charge, please contact for more info.

Because every viewing device screen is calibrated differently, exact colors can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.

Personalisation are offered upon request depending on workshop capacity and resource availability they may have an extended lead time. Please check the home page for updates on the lead time. 

“Out of Stock” items will be restocked as soon as possible.
